Shipping was a little frustrating it comes in 3 packages and was shipped via UPS. The package arrival kept changing due to unforeseen circumstances and signature was required for the first box. The ottoman came then the other 2 boxes containing the couch came together a couple days later thank goodness they didnât require signature. To bring the couch in will need some strength. Unboxing was really nice everything was wrapped and neat instructions were easy to follow. Couch set up was a breeze. No tools required I believe. The couch is firm but comfortable a cloud would have been lovely but for the price the couch is amazing and if you have a small apartment or home this would be a great addition I love the buttons it gives the couch a classy look. Seems like it would be easy to clean enough. The cushions are a nice size and the back support is there. Ottoman has a storage area and the couch has two cup holders in the middle cushion so excited to use it but telling the kids eat and drink at the table. The couch is only a spot wash so be careful eating and drinking. You should definitely buy.

Let me start with I can honestly say I’m surprised, after reading the reviews I had prepared myself for it to be much smaller. It’s a regular size sectional ( L shaped) I will say it is not very comfortable to lounge on but I did not want a super comfortable couch that everyone wanted to sleep on ð the cushions are thick and the backrests as well. It’s just what I wanted. Everyone LOVES the style and how the studs are on it. Looks amazing! Also The legs are very sturdy and this is a super easy couch to assemble yourself! & I love the fabric it’s made out of super super easy to get pet hair off of!! (That was my main concern before purchasing) The ottoman has hydraulic lifters/ hinges in it as well so it’s easy open and stays open until you close it. My family and I absolutely love this couch!

Worth it!!! This is very firm and comfortable for a wide range of different size families. The size is perfect for our living space and everyone that comes over love the look and compliments the style and color which is a great thing. It is easy to keep clean and itâs not super bulky the cup hold compartment is very convenient so your not having to reach over to the coffee table so you can just sit and relax without moving so much. Super easy to put together not difficult at all which we were worried about when it came in.

I recently purchased this sofa and found it to be a bit firm at first, but it was easy to assemble. However, I was disappointed by a few issues. First, I bought the sofa for $400, but just days later, it was marked down to $329, which feels unfair. Additionally, the ottoman storage was missing from my delivery. While I received two large boxes, the third box containing the ottoman storage was not included.Amazon, please refund me the $61 difference and send me the missing ottoman storage as soon as possible.update Jan 9.The ottoman arrived today and the price went back up to 508$
