The grated meat can be taken out of the collection container by simply twisting it. Ginger can also be stored in the container. The friction pattern is durable and dimensionally stable.
Ideal consistency for refining dishes – The small kitchen grater is great for ginger, but can also be used as a garlic grater, nutmeg grater, spice grater (e.g. horseradish, celery) or for grating citrus fruits
Thanks to the cleaning arm at the bottom of the grater disc, ginger residue is easily removed
